Please note that because of the nature of these items (custom, personalized and made on demand items), unless they arrive damaged, defective or significant different (include wrong color, wrong size, visible defected print), we can’t accept the return or the exchange.
After making your purchase, your order will go into production, you acknowledge and agree that you have no rights to amend or cancel order. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item, one with poor print quality, or an item that differs from its description, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- Timeframe for Reporting Issues: All issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

- Our team will assess your claim within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
Returns Due to Customer Error
We generally do not accept returns resulting from customer errors, such as the incorrect selection of sizes, designs, or colors.

- damaged, defective or significant difference (include wrong color, wrong size, visible defected print)
- unused and in the same condition that you received it
- in the original packaging
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
