There was a mixup with the delivery courier where they “missent” my package and let’s just say that my package went on a trip to a few other states before making its way back to me. But I reached out to Trinigee and she got in contact with the courier service and updated me with a new ETA. Although my package came later than expected I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received from Trinigee. She offered to give me a refund for the mixup but as I stated, I was highly satisfied with my first purchase from her so I figured it wouldn’t hurt me to be a bit more patient and wait it out.
